With over 20 years of experience in production, Nat Taylor has built a career defined by creative excellence, passionate leadership, and a deep passion for connecting people. Nat has produced global campaigns for brands such as Apple, BMW, Asahi, Mars, and Mercedes-Benz, and has collaborated on feature films with industry icons including Ridley Scott.

Just recently, Nat was awarded Creative Producer of the Year & Woman of the Year at the 2025 B&T Women in Media Awards. These awards recognise Nat’s world class expertise and commitment to championing women in the media industry.

Nat is known for her sharp instinct in assembling the perfect team, from directors and editors to casting agents and composers, bringing each brief to life with clarity, care, and impact. Her work is grounded in a belief that each production should not only be exceptionally executed, but also a collaborative positive experience for all involved.

As the Founder and Executive Producer of Poppet, Nat brings the philosophy of “positive production” to every facet of our business. She fosters creative environments where collaboration thrives, and where everyone – clients, crews, and creatives – feel respected and empowered.

As well, Nat has served as a judge on numerous national and international award panels for her ability to champion bold ideas including Shots Asia Pacific, The One Show, & AWARD Awards. Her commitment to raising the bar for the industry is matched only by her enduring excitement every time a new script lands on her desk!

Beth is the beating heart of Poppet’s production team. Calm, clever, and unstoppable, she brings structure and kindness to every project we take on. With a career that began in broadcast and feature films as a Script and Continuity Supervisor, Beth made the leap into producing because, frankly, she’s a natural!

She’s spent years delivering big campaigns and small gems alike, always with her signature mix of empathy, clear communication, and razor-sharp organisation. Beth believes two things above all else: that people do their best work when they feel supported, and that good planning sets everyone free to be creative. We couldn’t agree more.

At Poppet, she’s not only an exceptional producer, she’s the brains behind many of our internal systems – designing smart, human ways of working that keep things humming behind the scenes.
